I understand that AAA BA Corporation may not be able to ascertain whom the Notice to Owner should be sent. It is understood that I hereby waive any claim against AAA BA Corporation that I or my firm have in the future due to the inability of AAA BA Corporation to ascertain who should receive Notice to Owner copies. I hereby agree on behalf of my self and for my firm to pay any reseach, preparation and serving expenses generated by my request or my duly authorized representative upon the receipt of the invoice. In the event that payment is not received with we agree to pay a $15.00 per month and any collection cost or attorney fees. I understand that should I or my firm suffer any damages as result of negligence on the part of AAA BA Corporation for delete in connection with Notice to Owner or any other services that AAA BA Corporation provides, it is agreed that are limit liability of AAA BA Corporation and or its officers, employees and signs inclusive of any interest cost and attorney fees shall not exceed five Hundred dollars (500.00). I authorize AAA BA Corporation personnel to sign on behalf of myself or my firm any notice that result from our request. An application fee of $75.00, will be refundable in a period of ten months to your account if there has been a least one purchase per month.
